Every pet is different and it is very important to carefully choose the correct food based on a number of factors including; breed, age, activity levels and weight. For the best advice for your pets specific needs contact us for a specialised recommendation, or feel free to bring your pet to our store so we can meet them and get an even better understanding of their needs.

We have only just started selling online and we have some very big plans for this space, but this is going to take time and we will continue to add further content and products as we can but we also want to ensure you want to get the best products at the best prices which we currently cannot achieve online with some products, but feel free to get in touch, or come by our store and we will try to arrange something.

What are your opening times?

Our opening times are shown on our home page and our contact page, weekdays we are open 8am-5:30pm, 9am-2pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

We have over 23 years experience in the industry and all of our staff have been animal lovers for many years. Over this time we have been able to see what it takes to make a really great food, so we have worked with leading pet food manufactures to deliver food made from the highest quality ingredients at an incredibly competitive price.

If we do not stock something you are looking for then please let us know, we work very closely with many of the industries biggest suppliers and we can almost always find what you are looking for, just contact us with the information required and we'll do the searching for you

When will I receive my order?

All of the information regarding our deliveries can be found on our delivery page. But online orders should arrive within 4 working days, and our local delivery service is based on a weekly schedule please consult the table on our delivery page for the day to expect your order
