Local Delivery
We provide free local delivery on orders over £10. This is through our own in-house drivers and vans, we have been running this service for over 20 years and it is very successful. Our drivers are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them! If you have any requests regarding your delivery, please let us know. We are now taking local delivery orders through our online system, go through the process as normal, when you enter your address you will then be able to select "Local Delivery" as your shipping method. This is free and will be be delivered by one of our friendly local delivery drivers on the allotted day for your area.

National Delivery
We now offer national delivery on a number of products that can be purchased directly from our site. postage costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight of your order

How much is delivery?
We use handpicked couriers to ensure your order is delivered to the standards we expect. Although unfortunately, this does not come cheap, the cost for this is £4.99 per 30KG which is 2 big bags of most dog foods.
When should I expect my delivery?
We aim to get orders to you in 2/3 working days if you have not received your order within 5 working days please contact us.
