Local Delivery

We provide an excellent local delivery service through our own in-house drivers and vans. We have been running this service since 2000 and it has been very popular. Our drivers are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them! If you have any requests regarding your delivery, please let us know before you place your order.

For the delivery schedule see the below table. You can use the search bar to find your area quickly. Please note, we DO NOT offer same day deliveries. All orders must be placed no later than 12.00pm the (working) day before your scheduled delivery day. If your scheduled delivery day is a Monday, PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER BY 12.00pm SATURDAY. Unfortunately, any orders placed past the cut off time are not guaranteed to be delivered.

Online Orders

We are now taking local delivery orders through our online system. Go through the process as normal, when you enter your address you will then be able to select "Local Delivery" as your shipping method. This service is only £1.99 and will be delivered by one of our friendly local delivery drivers on the allotted day for your area. All local deliveries must be a minimum order value of £20.00 (not including the delivery charge).

Please note, we don't offer delivery to the whole of every  postcode listed above. If you're usure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us.

National Delivery

We also offer national delivery on a number of products that can be purchased directly from our site. Postage costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on the weight/size of your order. We try our best to keep the delivery and packaging costs down, all while trying to offer a great service. We may change couriers from time to time - This may be because of price increases, fuel surcharges, poor customer service, or a combination of reasons. This is to ensure we try to get you the best value delivery service we possibly can. Another thing we do to help keep the costs down is to use re-cycled boxes. So if your order turns up in a Royal Canin box, an Arden Grange box, or any other brand box, please don't worry. Check the contents first before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CURRENTLY USE PARCEL FORCE FOR OUR COURIER SERVICES. If you recieve any messages or emails from companies or couriers that you are suspicious of, (including the courier above), please get in contact with us. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL OR BANK DETAILS out over the phone, through email or by text and do not click on any links if you are not sure!

Where can you deliver?

We offer our national delivery service to the Great British Mainland, although unfortunately we do not deliver to :

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands*
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle Of Man
  • Isle Of Wight
  • Scilly Isles
  • Northern Ireland
*We currently have customers in The Scottish Highlands - Delivery is at an extra cost, please call for more details.

How much is delivery?

We use the best value couriers we can to ensure your order is delivered to the standards we expect. Unfortunately, this is no longer a cheap service. The cost for this is £6.99 for up to 28kg, which can be two big bags of most dog foods, or one bag of dog food and one bag of cat food or wild bird food, for example. (Feel free to add treats or toys to your order too!)

When should I expect my delivery?

We aim to get your delivery to you within 1 - 2 working days with Parcelforce 24hr express service. For this to happen, we would recommend getting your order in by 8.00AM. Unfortunately, issues can sometimes arise unexpectidly, so we strongly recommend ordering a week before you run out of food. Especially around any bank holidays. If you have not received your order within 4 working days please contact us. The weight of your order will include the weight of the packaging, so if you order 2x 12kg bags, the packaging will make this order over 25-26kg. (Please allow up to 4 working days for larger order (3 or more parcels)).

Please note - the office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays - All orders will be picked up on the next working day. (Example) If you place an order on a Saturday, we will pick your order up on Monday, and get it booked in with the next available courier collection.

PLEASE NOTE - Delivery details may change at any time depending on courier costs and fuel surcharges etc. We try to get the best value courier/s we can to help our customers keep costs down so we may change delivery T&C's without notice. Any orders cancelled or returned through no fault of our own (change of mind, order error or change of circumstances etc.) may incur a 15% fee to cover payment transactions and administration costs. Original courier costs are non-refundable. The customer is to arrange for any returns, and the refund will be processed once the product has been delivered back to us in the same condition it left. All orders must be checked on delivery and any damages or discrepencies with your order must be reported to your delivery driver and then reported to us straight after you receive your parcel.
